Canadian Coordinators in São Luís

In April, Via Mundo hosted a group of 11 Canadian Coordinators, representing one of the most important Canadian study organizations: Nova Scotia International Student Program - NSISP.

During their time in Maranhão, the coordinators experienced unforgettable experiences such as a trip to the National Park of Lençóis Maranhenses with their host families, a rehearsal at Companhia Barrica (a local folklore group), visited Crescimento and MapleBear schools and had a meeting with the Secretary of Science and Technology of the State of Maranhão (SETEC-MA). The canadians talked to students at Yázigi school, attended Portuguese classes and dance workshops at Via Mundo and visited São Luís Historical Center.
