Cultural Lunch with Via Mundo

On October 11th, Via Mundo organized a cultural lunch à la Denmark at Antonio Bacelar´s house. The interchange students Lynnerup Alexander and Daniel Behr with his host brother Eduardo made ​​a "Hakkebøf." The Danish dish is like a big hamburger, served with fried onions, potatoes, salad and sauce.

Bacelar´s house was small for such a cultural exchange1 Fabio Santos, Gilberto Reis, Allyson Perez and Håkon Olsnes were also present in that moment of exchange of knowledge about the culture and cookery in Europe and in Brazil.
