June was a festive month in São Luís, Maranhão. We celebrated typical traditional festivities from the Northeast of Brazil, gathering thousands of people in many celebrations throughout the month. There is much variety of food and music during the festivals, and the rhythms, like "Tambor de Crioula", made everyone dance.
